摘要：

周围神经阻滞常常用于治疗原发性头痛综合征,如偏头痛、丛集性头痛等。神经阻滞选择的药物主要是酰胺类局麻药利多卡因和布比卡因,阻滞的神经包括:枕大神经、枕小神经、耳颞神经、滑车上神经、眶上神经、蝶腭神经节、颈神经根阻滞等。本文就神经阻滞用于治疗头痛的概况作一综述。
