摘要
冠心病是当今威胁女性健康和生命的主要疾病,是导致女性死亡的重要原因。女性冠心病的病理生理特点、临床表现、疾病诊断、药物代谢和防治策略有特殊性。近年,女性的冠心病发病率及死亡率呈增加的趋势,而女性冠心病的研究和预防工作未受到应有的重视。目前,关注女性健康已成为欧美国家公众教育的重点话题。中国女性占全世界35亿女性总数的1/5,加强女性心血管疾病的健康管理,是我国医务工作者肩负的重大责任。
