<正>肩胛骨动力障碍(scapular dyskinesis)是指肩胛骨位置及运动的异常。肩胛骨是肩关节的关键组成部分,肩胛骨动力障碍将影响肩关节的功能。目前人们已认识到肩胛骨动力障碍与大多数的肩关节疾病相互关联,本文旨在探讨其在肩关节常见疾病的发生发展中的作用。肩胛骨的肩胛盂与肱骨头组成盂肱关节,肩胛骨的位置和运动异常,可导致盂肱关节节律异常,肩胛盂-肱骨头匹配
