岛叶皮质与其他脑区的功能连接研究

摘要：

目的研究岛叶前背侧皮质与其他脑区的功能连接。方法用Siemens verio 3.0 T MR机对20名正常人进行检测获得静息态血氧水平依赖功能MRI(BOLD-fMRI)的数据,对岛叶前背侧皮质采用种子点功能连接方法进行分析。用DPARSF软件对数据进行预处理,REST软件行t检验和Pearson相关分析,得到静息态下岛叶前背侧皮质与全脑的功能连接相关图。结果与左侧岛叶前背侧皮质功能连接正相关的脑区有:双侧额下回、额中回、辅助运动区、中央前回下部、前部岛叶、基底节、扣带回前、中部和顶下小叶;负相关的脑区有:左侧前额叶内侧回、后扣带回、楔前叶、颞中回、角回、枕叶、小脑及小脑扁桃体。结论岛叶皮质与许多语言功能相关的脑区有功能连接。岛叶与这些脑区的连接网络可能是其语言功能的神经基础。
