摘要：

月经过多严重影响患者健康及正常生活,可致缺铁性贫血和生活质量下降。氨甲环酸是一种抗纤溶蛋白溶解剂,通过可逆性阻断血纤维蛋白溶酶原分子上的赖氨酸结合位点,发挥抗纤维蛋白溶解的作用。氨甲环酸主要通过肾脏消除,胃肠道内的食物不影响其药动学性质。与安慰剂、非甾体抗炎药、周期性黄体期口服孕激素或酚磺乙胺相比,氨甲环酸能更为有效地减少月经失血,安全性好。
