摘要：

目的综述硫酸软骨素(CS)的结构及其在骨关节炎(OA)中的应用。方法通过检索近期文献,结合笔者实践,进行整理和分析。结果与结论 CS结构具有高度的不均一性。在欧洲,CS被推荐为缓解OA的症状慢作用药物;在美国,CS主要用作针对OA的膳食补充剂。CS对关节软骨的修复和保护作用,在于其能促进软骨细胞的合成代谢功能,促进细胞外基质(ECM)结构组分的合成、更新;同时抑制分解代谢功能,抑制酶对ECM组分的降解作用。
