摘要：
The author discusses three issues in the article: the significance of constitutional jurisprudence of IT technology, the conflict between the value of IT technology and the value of the constitution ; and the response of constitutional stueise towards IT technology. As a conclusion, the author points out that constitutional jurisprudence will not only adapt itself to the development of IT technology, but also have control over the negative impact arising from it, so to safeguard fairness and principle of justice.
