摘要：

目的　评估可电解脱性铂金圈 (GDC)栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床疗效及应用价值。方法　用GDC栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤 8例 ,均为蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)病例 ,术前Hunt和Hess氏分级 :5例为Ⅰ级 ,2例Ⅱ级 ,1例Ⅳ级。结果　 8例栓塞全部获得成功 ,无死亡及并发症。 8例经造影证实栓塞满意 ,充填率为 95 %～ 10 0 %。本组栓塞后近期均无SAH再发作。结论　GDC栓塞治疗动脉瘤 ,是目前比较理想的治疗方法 ,但其远期疗效有待进一步随访观察
