缺血性脑血管病患者血清和尿液中褪黑素的变化

摘要
目的 观察缺血性脑血管病患者的血清褪黑素及其代谢产物———尿液中 6 羟基硫酸褪黑素的含量变化 ,了解褪黑素与缺血性脑血管病的可能关系。方法 缺血性脑血管病患者 5 5例 (女性 2 2例 ,男性 33例 ) ,年龄 47~ 91岁 (平均 73岁 )。对照组 5 1(女性 2 5例 ,男性 2 6例 ) ,年龄 5 3~ 87岁(平均 6 8岁 )。测定采用ELISA方法。结果 患者组及对照组 x±s分别为患者组血清褪黑素 (43 45± 2 90 )ng/L ,对照组 (5 8 39± 4 32 )ng/L。两组之间差异有极显著意义 (t=2 0 75 1,P <0 0 1) ;患者组尿液 6 羟基硫酸褪黑素为 (33 47± 3 2 1)ng/L ,对照组 (46 2 8± 5 32 )ng/L。两组之间差异有显著意义(t=2 185 9,P <0 0 5 )。褪黑素或 6 羟基硫酸褪黑素在患者组或对照组中的不同性别之间以及患者组中不同的脑血管病发病区域之间差异无显著意义。结论 缺血性脑血管病患者体内的褪黑素及 6 羟基硫酸褪黑素含量显著降低。
