农杆菌介导rolC基因转化烟草植株的研究

摘要
通过根癌农杆菌介导手段 ,将来自发根农杆菌的rolC基因转化到烟草 (Nicotianatabacum )植株的基因组 ,并借助GUS组织化学法 ,PCR扩增法和Southern杂交进行了鉴定证实。rolC基因改变转基因烟草植株某些性状的特点 ,如植株高度变矮、花冠变小、雄蕊变短等 ,还发现rolC基因具有延迟转基因烟草植株花期的作用
