<正>在许多国家,2型糖尿病已经成为早期死亡的主要原因之一。据估计,2型糖尿病的发病率到2030年将增加一倍,并且将成为全世界第七大死亡的原因[1]。糖尿病主要是由遗传和环境因素导致的胰岛素绝对或相对分泌不足。近年越来越多的研究表明肠道菌群与2型糖尿病关系密切,成为2型糖尿病机制研究中的重要环境因素。几千年来,人类的宿主微生物在不断演化中,这种演化正在被环境
