摘要
:
硫代葡萄糖苷是一类重要的生物活性物质,十字花科植物是硫代葡萄糖苷的主要来源。至今已分离得到120多种硫代葡萄糖苷,它们在抗癌、植物防御和风味形成等方面有重要作用。就植物硫代葡萄糖苷的分布、生化特性、酶促水解产物的形成和生理活性等研究进展进行综述。
