应注重糖化血红蛋白在糖尿病诊疗中的临床价值

摘要：

糖尿病是21世纪全球范围内的流行病。糖尿病的最大危害是并发症,它是糖尿病致残和致死的主要原因。并发症的发生、发展与血糖控制直接相关,糖化血红蛋白是评价糖尿病患者长期血糖控制的金标准,也是世界卫生组织推荐的糖尿病诊断标准。如何提高糖化血红蛋白测定结果的可比性程度,以适应其临床应用发展的需要?在糖化血红蛋白测定中至少有以下4点应予以注意:(1)知晓检测的干扰因素;(2)选择科学实用的方法;(3)规范化操作;(4)定期监测测定结果质量。
