钙调神经磷酸酶是一种钙离子敏感的蛋白磷酸酶 ,广泛分布于包括心脏在内的全身组织中 ,参与多种生物功能的调节。本文对四种钙调神经磷酸酶活性测定法的原理、操作要点及其特点进行简要综述。
