摘要：

<正>目前慢性创面的难愈问题尚无明确的解释,通、可以理解为在各种内在或外界因素作用下形成的创面,经1个月以上治疗未能愈合,也无愈合倾向者,不能通过正常的创面愈合进程达到愈合,而是进入一种病理性炎症反应状态,从而导致创面经久难愈[1-2]。慢性难愈性创面是外科中长期难以解决的治疗难题,造成了较高的致残率和病死率[3]。慢性创面又是一种长期消耗性疾病,既给患者造成了极大的痛苦,又给社会带来了沉重的负担。现有一些针对慢性创面的治疗
