摘要：

开放创新已经成为技术创新领域的国际潮流。然而,开放度尚未得到应有研究。在阐释其定义的基础上,构建了其影响因素的一个多理论解释框架,对基于期权、交易成本、产权理论视角的不确定性、专用机制以及基于资源基础理论的能力类因素影响作出了理论预期,指出了进一步研究的方向。
