临床药师参与1例华法林与曲马多产生相互作用的病例分析

摘要：

目的探讨临床药师参与参与1例华法林与曲马多产生相互作用的治疗意义。方法临床药师通过参与1例患者服用华法林与曲马多产生相互作用的病例治疗,根据其体征、实验室检查及病情变化,对治疗方案提供药学建议和药学监护。结果经过治疗后患者病情好转。结论临床实践中,临床药师提供用药建议及药学监护,有助于临床用药的合理性及安全性。
