细菌人工染色体是一种新发展起来的DNA载体系统 ,它具有容量大、遗传特性稳定、易于操作等优点 .在基因文库构建和基因功能分析等方面有广泛的应用 .综述了近年来发展起来的对BAC进行分析和修饰的一些方法 .
