摘要：

电子文件应当采取集中式还是分布式的保管之争是电子文件管理的焦点问题之一。本文阐释了电子文件保管模式的研究意义、模式历史演进、发展机理,并在借鉴国外经验和立足于国情的基础上对我国电子文件保管模式的路径选择作了初步探索。
