摘要
<正>Bcl-2家族成员是参与调控凋亡信号通路的重要蛋白质。该家族的抗凋亡和促凋亡成员通过复杂的相互作用来改变线粒体外膜的通透性,诱导或抑制线粒体内容物如细胞色素c、凋亡诱导因子等的释放,从而决定细胞是否发生凋亡。通过研究啮齿类动物手术切除后肝再生模型的基因表达情况,已经发现有多个Bcl-2家族成员参与其中。本文主要阐述目前Bcl-2家族成员对肝再生的影响及其调节机制。一、Bcl-2家族的基本情况凋亡相关蛋白Bcl-2家族参与调控线粒体凋亡途径,在功能上划分为促凋亡(pro-apoptosis)和抗凋亡(anti-apoptosis)两
