摘要：

甲状腺自身抗体主要包括抗甲状腺球蛋白、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶及抗促甲状腺素受体的自身抗体,长期以来被当作自身免疫性甲状腺病的血清学标志。近年来的研究显示甲状腺自身抗体抗原表位可影响其功能。对于甲状腺自身抗体抗原表位及功能的研究,有助于获得其功能性分子,用于自身抗体的检测,未来更有望用于AITD、甲状腺癌等疾病的诊断、治疗,以及对疾病预后的预测。
