战略联盟控制方式对知识转移效果的影响研究

摘要：

采用适当的控制方式有效地促进联盟中知识转移,对于战略联盟的稳定和发展具有重要意义。通过将联盟中知识转移效果划分不同维度,建立了知识转移效果的立方体模型,然后对比了联盟的两种主要控制方式(正式控制和社会控制)对知识转移效果不同维度的影响,得出以下结论:联盟的社会控制更有效地促进了联盟的知识转移。
