内毒素性急性肺损伤大鼠肺组织中氧化指标的变化

摘要
目的:观察内毒素性急性肺损伤过程中氧化指标的变化,了解急性肺损伤的发病机制。方法:尾静脉注射脂多糖(LPS)(10mg/kg)建立大鼠急性肺损伤模型,观察大鼠一般状态及肺组织病理学变化,测定各组各时相点肺湿/干重比(W/D)、肺组织匀浆中髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的水平改变。结果:静脉注射LPS后大鼠反应强烈,肺组织出现程度不一的弥漫性炎症改变;模型组(LPS组)各时相点急性肺损伤病理学评分、肺W/D及肺组织匀浆中MPO、MDA含量均高于对照组(NS组),并在6h达高峰。LPS组肺组织SOD含量低于NS组,在6h含量最低。结论:内毒素性急性肺损伤过程中出现的氧化应激,尤其是ROS的产生,可能是内毒素肺损伤的重要机制。
