摘要：

建立健全生态保护补偿机制是促进我国生态文明建设的重要保障措施。通过对全国各地的生态保护补偿实践案例进行系统分析,发现十八大以来我国生态保护补偿实践进程明显加快,实践案例的数量以及资金投入量均大幅增加。但也存在补偿资金来源单一,不同领域及区域间生态保护补偿实践进展不均衡等问题。进一步拓宽补偿资金来源,加快完善市场化生态保护补偿机制,促进实践进程相对落后的领域和区域积极展开实践探索,并积极完善生态保护补偿立法,对于进一步完善我国生态保护补偿机制具有重要意义。
