摘要：

溶栓治疗对急性期动脉血栓形成和血管栓塞疗效良好 ,但与此同时 ,这种治疗也增加了颅内出血的危险性。文章阐述了溶栓治疗方案的形成、远期疗效、方案和原则以及治疗后脑出血的并发症。
