摘要：

<正>循证医学已证明rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗是国际上公认能改善急性缺血性脑卒中结局最有效的治疗方法,ECASEⅢ的研究将时间窗进一步扩大到4.5h。由于患者的个体差异,即使是严格按照规定的时间窗和标准进行溶栓治疗,疗效却有显著的差异,因此如不进行影像学进一步评价筛查,排除不适应溶栓治疗患者,其疗效及临床应用仍受到
