我国低碳试点城市经济增长与碳排放解耦分析

摘要
2010年至今,中央政府已陆续批准建设36个低碳试点城市,希望通过试点带动全国各城市走向低碳化。低碳城市发展的关键在于经济增长能否实现与碳排放相脱离(解耦)。基于解耦理论,首先,借鉴Vehmas解耦指数测算模型建立了"碳解耦指数"测算模型,提出了碳解耦等级标准;其次,运用模型对36个试点城市碳解耦程度进行了评判;最后,采用LMDI方法对"碳解耦指数"进行了因素分解,从而揭示了引发解耦的根本原因。
