摘要：

运用产业集群理论,剖析了高技术产业集群网络的创新机理。基于高技术产业集群网络结构的视角,结合知识获取理论研究,阐明了高技术产业集群企业知识获取与创新机制。从企业衍生、战略联盟、行业协会和人员流动等方面阐述了高技术产业集群企业知识获取渠道;并以武汉东湖新技术开发区为例,实证研究了高技术产业集群企业的知识获取渠道。
