摘要
β-谷甾醇是一种常见的植物甾醇,广泛存在于植物种子、茎叶、植物油和蔬菜水果中,其中以植物油中含量最为丰富,其具有较高的营养价值与生物活性,被广泛应用于医药、食品、保健品及化妆品等领域,成为当今天然产物开发的研究热点之一,特别是其在防治心脑血管疾病、降低胆固醇等方面备受人们关注。探讨β-谷甾醇的来源及分离纯化研究进展,并从抗氧化、降低胆固醇、抗炎、免疫调节、抗肿瘤和中枢神经系统作用等方面探讨β-谷甾醇的药理活性及临床应用,从而为其在医药保健品的进一步开发提供依据。
