摘要
负面反馈是绩效管理的重要手段。文章通过对西方相关研究文献进行回顾,对负面反馈的目的、作用、影响个体面对负面反馈反应的因素进行了梳理。在文献综述的基础上,提出了管理实践的对策建议。同时针对我国相关领域研究的不足,对未来的研究方向进行了展望。文章对于推进我国负面反馈理论研究的发展具有重要意义,对管理实践也具有重要的现实意义。
