美国当代标准化测试的命运与教育权利的转移——从《不让一个孩子掉队法案》到《每一个学生成功法案》

摘要
美国自20世纪末以来,面对本国学生学业成就不尽如人意的现实加强了联邦对于教育的控制权,通过加强标准化测试就是其中最为重要的举措之一。因此,标准化测试的实施情况成为教育权利转移的一个重要标志。以此为视角,能够让我们更好地看清这场教育权利转移的过程,有助于对我国的教育改革进行反思。
