儿童照料社会服务:“工作母亲”的福利——以北欧和日韩为例

摘要：

随着母亲外出工作,传统家庭照料模式发生改变,家中儿童的照料成为问题。在中国,工作母亲不仅面对家庭内部的阻力,还要受困于外部扶助的缺失。通过借鉴北欧及日韩等国的儿童照料服务,借助于制度支持和政策扶助,增加儿童照料的社会服务供给,填补儿童照料领域的空白,建立适合我国的更公平、更普惠的儿童照料社会服务,以缓解工作母亲的照料压力,并提升整个家庭的福利水平。
