有机铬添加剂对猪生产性能和肉质的影响

摘要
研究了吡啶羧酸铬对育肥猪生产性能和肉质的影响。 36头体重 70kg的约克×长白杂交肥育猪随机分成二组 ,分别饲喂基础饲粮 (对照组 )和基础饲粮 +铬 2 0 0 μg/kg。每组 6个重复 ,每个重复 3头猪 ,试验至 10 0kg体重结束。结果表明 ,有机铬对育肥猪的日增重、日采食量和料肉比无显著影响。添加有机铬趋于提高眼肌面积和肉色评分 ,降低肌肉大理石纹评分和肌内脂肪含量 ;但可极显著提高猪肉的滴水损失。表明 ,在本试验条件下 ,有机铬对猪肉品质有一定的不良影响
