摘要：

With a brief review of China's informatization process,this paper probes into the opportunities,challenges,advantages and disadvantages China will be faced with after she joins WTO.The main problems in China's informatization process are analyzed.Suggestions as to how to speed up China's informatization process early in the 21 st century are made.
