以假性周围神经损害起病的脑梗死的临床及影像学特点(附3例报告)

摘要：

目的探讨以假性周围神经损害起病的脑梗死的临床及影像学特点。方法回顾性分析3例以假性周围神经损害起病的脑梗死患者的临床资料。结果 3例患者以假性周围神经损害起病,表现为正中、尺或桡神经损害。头颅MRI检查显示皮质手运动区或侧脑室旁梗死灶,头颅CTA检查可见颅外或颅内大动脉狭窄。患者预后相对较好。结论假性周围神经损害可为脑梗死起病形式,临床表现不典型,存在病情进展加重可能,及时行头颅MRI检查对于明确诊断起到重要作用。
