牛磺酸对鲤非特异性免疫及抗氧化能力的影响

摘要
采用单因子浓度梯度法,将牛磺酸以0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%的剂量添加到基础饲料中,以基础饲料为对照,饲喂鲤(体重40.73±3.92 g)30 d后,测定血清和肝胰脏的溶菌酶活力、超氧化物歧化酶活力、过氧化氢酶活力和丙二醛的含量。结果表明:牛磺酸可以提高鲤血清和肝胰脏的溶菌酶活力、超氧化物歧化酶活力、过氧化氢酶活力,降低鲤血清和肝胰脏中的丙二醛含量,其中0.10%添加组效果最好,极显著地提高鲤血清和肝胰脏的溶菌酶活力(P<0.01),比对照组分别提高9.74%、8.04%;极显著地提高鲤血清和肝胰脏的超氧化物歧化酶活力,比对照组分别提高18.00%、14.40%;极显著地提高鲤血清的过氧化氢酶活力,显著地提高鲤肝胰脏的过氧化氢酶活力(P<0.05),比对照组分别提高16.87%、9.98%;极显著地降低鲤血清和肝胰脏的丙二醛含量,比对照组分别降低25.28%、15.21%。饲料中适宜剂量牛磺酸的添加,能显著增强鲤的抗氧化能力和非特异性免疫功能,减轻鱼体的脂质过氧化作用。
