摘要
<正>功能性测试方法(functional test)是运用"预康复"的理念,将预防疼痛与伤病的关口前置,以早期发现运动员身体薄弱环节为目标的实用医学方法,同时,通过有针对性地指导康复体能训练,对身体的这些薄弱环节加以改善,促使伤病的发生率大大降低。据文献报道,运动员损伤部位常以腰部及下肢损伤发生率最高[1],而这些部位的损伤,表现为病因复杂、病程持续时间长、易复发性等特征,有的甚至成毁灭性
