摘要：

综述了Cdc25(cell division cyclin 25)磷酸酶的结构、在细胞周期调控中的作用及调控机制以及在致癌转化中的作用。概述了Cdc25磷酸酶在多种人类癌症中的过表达。最后,叙述了近年来关于使用小分子抑制剂抑制Cdc25磷酸酶的研究进展,展望了开发治癌药物的前景。
