摘要
现实商业环境中,领导者有时会以损害集体利益为代价而谋取个人利益,以此为特征的自利型领导最近受到人力资源管理理论与实践的普遍关注。基于国内外文献的梳理,系统总结了自利型领导的概念、测量、影响因素、影响结果及其与辱虐管理、非伦理领导的异同,并针对当前研究不足对未来研究方向进行了展望。
