国外面向科研人员的科学数据共享探析

分析国外面向科研人员的科学数据共享研究现状,得出科学数据共享意愿和行为具有四大特征:数据共享意愿和行为因研究背景而异,数据共享意愿与实际行为存在差距,数据再利用经验与共享倾向相关,数据共享途径多样化。阐述影响科研人员共享科学数据的五个因素,包括个人利益权衡、开放获取的压力、技术与标准问题、文化和法律因素、利他心理因素。提出图书馆应参与科学数据管理,提供数据素养培训和技术支持。
