<正>帕金森病(PD)是一种中老年常见神经系统变性疾病,其主要病理改变为黑质致密带区含黑色素的多巴胺能神经元严重丢失。PD的治疗主要依赖于多巴胺的替代治疗或多巴胺受体激动剂。近年国外报道[1,2]PD患者经左旋多巴治疗后,其血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平明显升高。高Hcy血症是脑血管疾病的独立危险因素已经得到广泛认可,同时Hcy可通过直接神经毒性使多巴胺能神经元受损,表明高
