摘要：

后福特主义的消费形式使得经营灵活、个性化的旅游小企业蓬勃发展,其在数量上已经成为全球旅游企业的主体,是推动旅游业发展的生力军。理论界对于旅游小企业的关注也逐渐增加。国外学术界对旅游小企业的研究,经过30多年的发展,已经进入相对成熟阶段,研究范围广泛,内容丰富,研究体系渐趋完善;而国内旅游小企业研究则刚刚进入研究者的视野,尚未得到应有的重视,与国内旅游小企业长期大量存在的现实极为不符。为此,文章试图通过对近15年来国外相关文献的详细梳理,引起国内学者对这一领域的重视。
