6岁儿童下颈椎有限元模型建立及有效性验证

摘要
背景:因儿童颈椎所特有的发育特点及解剖结构的复杂性,儿童颈部有限元模型较少。目的:建立儿童颈椎三维有限元模型,进行临床术前模拟其颈部力学分析。方法:采集6岁正常女童尸体标本MSCT扫描的颈椎影像数据,利用Mimics 16.01,Pro/E 5.0,Geomagic Studio 2015,Hypermesh 14.0和Abaqus6.14等软件构建出正常C3-C7的三维有限元模型,并将所得模型进行各工况位移及活动度验证。研究方案的实施符合内蒙古医科大学的相关伦理要求(医院伦理批件号:YKD2016063,审批时间:2016-03-07),尸体标本由内蒙古医科大学志愿者遗体捐献室提供,供者家属对实验知情同意。结果与结论:(1)成功建立正常女童C3-C7椎体三维有限元模型;(2)构建的儿童颈椎有限元模型在前屈、后伸、左右侧屈、左右旋转工况下椎间活动度结果与已有文献数据吻合,确认模型的有效性;(3)结果表明,建立的儿童下颈椎有限元模型可为临床颈部术前选择手术方案提供模型参考。
