胰岛素抵抗与慢性肾脏病关系的研究进展

摘要：

慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)早期即可出现胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)和高胰岛素血症,炎症、氧化应激、血管紧张素Ⅱ的激活、肥胖、活性维生素D缺乏、甲状旁腺功能亢进、贫血等因素可影响胰岛素分泌,诱发IR的发生发展。IR和高胰岛素血症又可通过几个途径直接或间接损伤肾脏。IR与慢性肾病互为因果,是近年的研究热点。
