摘要：

文章结合近年来国内外文献和作者临床经验,对中枢性眩晕做一简要概述。阐述了中枢性眩晕的机制、常见病因、病变部位和常见疾病。同时也简要叙述了眩晕的概念及与周围性眩晕的鉴别要点和诊断思路。
