难治性胃食管反流病的治疗进展

摘要
胃食管反流病(GERD)是一种常见的上消化道疾病,近年其在我国的发病率逐年增高。质子泵抑制剂(PPI)为目前治疗该病最主要的药物,其治疗效果稳定,长期使用安全性好。但仍有高达30%的GERD患者规范使用PPI后症状控制欠佳,甚至进展为难治性GERD,严重影响生活质量。GERD的治疗是目前临床工作中较为棘手的问题,因此多种治疗方法应运而生,包括药物治疗、内镜治疗、外科手术等。本文就难治性GERD治疗方法的研究进展作一综述。
