目的探讨标准吞咽功能评估(SSA)在卒中后误吸筛查中的应用价值。方法对81例急性脑卒中患者进行SSA筛查和纤维鼻咽喉镜吞咽功能检查(FEES)。以FEES检查为金标准,计算SSA对急性脑卒中患者误吸诊断的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值。对比SSA筛查阳性患者和SSA筛查阴性患者的肺炎发生率。结果SSA对卒中后误吸诊断的灵敏度为95.0%,特异度53.7%,阳性预测值66.7%,阴性预测值91.7%。SSA筛查阳性患者的肺炎发生率高于SSA阴性患者(P<0.05)。结论SSA在卒中后误吸的评估中是一个有价值的筛查工具。
