企业内部知识基与创新网络的架构及作用机制

摘要：

如何更好地刻画企业创新网络中合作伙伴的构成内容特征,从而更有利于企业整合内外部资源,更快更好地提高创新能力,是当下企业能力追赶过程中一个具有重要现实意义的命题。本文通过对6家典型企业的案例研究,试图探索出企业创新网络构成特征与企业自身资源特征间的关系及其对创新绩效的作用机制,研究发现如下:(1)基于知识基宽度和知识基深度刻画出4种不同类型的知识基;(2)发现在不同的知识基类型下,基于知识异质性和知识质量的企业外部网络合作伙伴节点内容不同,并由此解构出内部知识基与外部创新网络内容间的匹配架构;(3)从经验上解构出了内外匹配以后提升创新绩效的过程和内在逻辑。
