<正>肌肉衰减综合征(sarcopenia)首次由Irwin Rosenberg在1989年提出, 用于描述与年龄相关的骨骼肌质量与功能的丧失。经过20余年的不断研究, 目前对其流行情况、形成机制、不良影响、诊断标准、治疗及预防措施均有了较深入的了解。我国正加速进入老龄化社会, 肌肉衰减综合征作为老年性疾病中的一种, 因其具有较高的发病率、进展隐匿、渐行加重、不良影响广泛等特点, 将对我国家庭医疗负担与
