摘要
硫化氢以其毒性作用为人所知几百年,现在被誉为第三个气体信号分子。硫化氢主要在胱硫醚-β-合成酶和胱硫醚-γ-裂解酶作用下酶性产生,具有舒张血管、调节血压、抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖和低密度脂蛋白氧化修饰等功能。以载脂蛋白E基因敲除小鼠为模型的一项研究显示,抑制内源性硫化氢产生将促进主动脉病变形成,而补充外源性硫化氢可抑制主动脉病变形成。这些数据表明硫化氢是动脉粥样硬化发生发展的新调节物质。文章就硫化氢的抗动脉粥样硬化效应做一综述。
